Entering the production phase, the three major production bases (Tianmen, Hubei; Cangzhou, Hebei; Huizhou, Guangdong) each focus on different areas while coordinating with each other. The Hubei base specializes in large-scale production of office and school furniture, introducing German-imported automated cutting equipment to control panel errors within 0.1 millimeters; the Hebei base excels in forging metal frame furniture, ensuring the load-bearing strength of bed frames and table legs through precise welding processes; the Guangdong base focuses on flexible production of medical and elderly care furniture, where workers must undergo specialized training to operate fine processes such as fabric sewing and rounded corner polishing to prevent bumps during use by the elderly.
Notably, the group integrates the concept of "ergonomics" throughout the entire production process. For example, in the production of office chairs, 3D scanning technology is first used to collect sitting posture data from people of different body types, then the curvature of the seat and the support points of the backrest are adjusted, and finally, the spring durability is ensured through 100,000 pressure tests. This "data-driven production" model makes furniture not only practical tools but also "comfortable companions" tailored to human needs.
Before shipment, the quality inspection team conducts a "comprehensive check": office desktops must pass scratch resistance tests (no marks after 500 repeated rubs with steel wool balls), school bed frames must withstand 300 kilograms of pressure without deformation, and medical and elderly care furniture fabrics must pass splash resistance and antibacterial tests... Only when all indicators meet the standards can the product bear the "Qiaomusen" brand label.
