This equipment precisely controls the cutting path through computer programming, strictly limiting board material errors within 0.1 millimeters. Environmental protection is the core keyword of Qiaomusen Furniture Group's production process, running through from raw material handling to finished product coating. In the board processing stage, the group uses formaldehyde-free adhesives to avoid the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde; in the coating process, water-based environmentally friendly paints are used. These paints not only have extremely low VOC content but also possess good weather resistance and decorative properties.
This high-precision cutting process not only improves the assembly fit of the furniture, reducing gaps and looseness issues, but also greatly increases material utilization and reduces production waste.
